For a small care company they’re amazing they put everyone and everything before themselves the care managers Charlotte and Casey do the absolute utmost to make sure we are safe and it is run by an amazing carer and manager Sarah who goes above and beyond for us

What do you love most about your job?
Caring is such a rewarding job, knowing that you've made someone feel safe and happy in thier own home. Supporting an individual to meet thier needs so that they maintain thier independence and quality of life.
Meeting people from many walks of life and hearing of thier history is amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My goal is to provide high standard quality of care , employing only the best of carers to deliver a care service to individuals.

There are so many care companies to choose from but I feel confident that Calon Fawr is different to the rest as I will put the individual at the centre of thier care, having 25 years experience I have a solid foundation of what I know good care is and how it should be delivered

Our service provides care in the individuals own home and/or community
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All carers wear full Ppe and have been trained in infection control. Our robust covid and infection control policy is available to view.
Every carer and service user have a covid risk assessment prior to our service starting so that everyone is kept safe
Domicilary and social care
Calon fawr provide care and support to adults within their own homes.
We cater for the elderly, those who are frail and need some support to remain at home, respite service, domestic tasks, shopping and cooking.
Those living with dementia, cognitive issues.

Pallative care
We aim to meet the needs of each Individual by providing a person centred approach ensuring their quality of life is enhanced.
Care will be delivered by trained and qualified carers.
