We migrated our phone system to B4BC in December. As expected with a setup involving many nuances, there were minor hiccups at the start. However, their engineers, Lewis and Matt, were very supportive and resolved any issues quickly. We’re pleased with their responsiveness; raising a ticket ensures a prompt resolution every time. The customer service is reliable and approachable, and it’s easy to get through to the right person on the phone. We joined Best 4 Business about 6 months ago. We had a few initial problems to begin with, which was a bit frustrating as we had only just entered into a new contract. Fortunately getting in touch with the team at Best 4 Business is very easy, there are no long call queues so you're not left on hold for ages & you don't have to go through lots of different options before being connected to an actual person. I would highly recommend anyone to use B4BC for their phone and broadband needs. We have recently moved over to a VoIP system and the whole service from start to finish has been excellent. Want to say a huge thanks to Dave, Stuart, Lee and Alex at B4BC. Won't go into too much detail, however, we came into work yesterday to find we had no broadband and no working phone lines (we were in the process of moving over to B4BC leaving the broadband with our old provider, but they cut off both phones and broadband). To cut a long story short, I made a phone call to B4BC, and by the afternoon we had working phone lines and broadband. Alex, the engineer, was in our office around lunchtime and within half an hour had us up and running again. Set up and installation were brilliant, every one was helpful and couldn't have been nicer. This was 2021. Since then the company I work for has been sold and due to the economic situation circumstances have changed. The number of handsets we currently have are no longer required, 1 of them doesn't work at all but are still being charged for it, I have had a log open since the start of the month to help resolve the issue. The phones do often drop out, I think most of them have been replaced at least once as they had faults, we were even told we had to pay carriage to return the faulty handsets! At Christmas they 'forgot' to take the Christmas message off so we could not receive phone calls. The previous owner signed a 5 year deal, we are 2 and half years in and prices have increased twice. I am unable to reduce the number of handsets unless I sign up to a new 5 year deal that would take us to 2029. I can however add them if I need to. To be honest what business knows where they will be in 5 years time, let alone a small one with 3 employees, stuck paying £200+ a month in a contract with no flexibility. While the product is fine and does what it says, just be weary of the tie in periods and that you can't amend the contract to adapt to business needs. I can buy out of the contract, but that would cost me more then £6K. As an early adopter of this system BT can offer far better rates without the tie in periods as they turn off the analogue lines. When I mentioned this to B4BC I was basically told this wasn't true and there is no truth in what I was being told and there is no such thing as being over charged as an early adopter. More...

Promised so much for my business, but unable to deliver. If you value your current customers and your potential new customers, stay away from this company. Telephone constantly kept cutting out, Internet speed was awful and equipment second rate. They also sent two engineers for 2 full days to complete work when half a day maximum was needed for the second engineer. The engineers also damaged walls and the casing the data wires they put in were too weighty or not secured properly enough, causing them to fall/droop 7 days after the visit. My new provider has thankfully lived up to their promises, unlike these. I've been getting invoiced since I left as well. Once again, if you value your business, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! More...
