I am writing to formally address several unresolved issuesI have been a customer of Workspace for approximately four years, intending to establish a long-term presence. Unfortunately, several issues emerged in my third year of tenancy.In 2022, I received a noise complaint from Tower Hamlets Council, which identified my company as the source. However, Workspace did not conduct its own investigation before issuing a final warning, which I received from the asset manager, Lauren Garre. I provided CCTV evidence showing that no noise originated from my studio on the date in question, leading to the retraction of the notice by Tower Hamlets Council. Despite this, I faced significant delays and poor communication from Workspace before the warning was lifted.Recently, this issue has resurfaced. On February 2, 2025, I was informed of another noise complaint through a letter from Tower Hamlets dated March 28, 2025. When I inquired with Tower Hamlets, they confirmed that the source of the noise was unidentified. However, Workspace’s Centre Manager, Liam McGovern, indicated that I was responsible without conducting an independent investigation.Moreover, there are outstanding issues, including an unresolved complaint regarding unequal treatment concerning loading bay usage, which have not been addressed. I feel that my standing as a tenant has been compromised due to Workspace’s lack of direct communication and investigation regarding these matters.I have filed a formal discrimination case with the magistrates and possess comprehensive records of these incidents. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve these issues amicably, my concerns have been routinely dismissed.As a small business owner, compounded by personal circumstances—such as recent family bereavements and added responsibilities—this situation has caused significant stress and financial burden. Therefore, I am formally terminating my lease effective immediately, and I will vacate the premises by April 14, 2025. I request a refund of my prepaid rent for four months by April 21, 2025. Should this request not be fulfilled, I will pursue daily interest charges through a compensation order.I have retained all relevant information and evidence from Tower Hamlets, which was sent directly to my email, as well as documentation of my dealings with Workspace over the past four years.This email will also serve as a formal complaint against Workspace and Lock Studios to Trustpilot.Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves, and I expect an immediate and satisfactory resolution. Location of the Studio is very good it’s very close to the DLR station. The studio is in a lovely building. Photos are absolutely beautiful. Staff are lovely, friendly and very very helpful. The only downside to this is that when they book the appointment with you, they don’t tell you that there is a possibility you will need to pay. Which I find misleading because they are asking people to pay £300 or £600 on the spot. In this economy how many people have that kind of money sitting around in their account? Not many if you ask me. They should make this very clear before they book the appointments. They did not tell me I have to pay for the photos however you’ve been put in a position where you feel like you have to do so, you either pay or it’s a waste of time and journey. I was there with my little one 8 month old and it took 10 mins for shoot and they keep saying we are waiting for results my appointment was at 10 am and manager came at 1:30pm and after her get up she call us at 1:45 to give me results and rather then results they put their packages on the table and started convincing me. Didn’t even give us pictures. My baby was stressed I had my blood pressure levels down just because of this they are really unprofessional and will not tell you full story behind the shoot. MasterclassLab+ is an innovative fun way to run a masterclass, you and your friends choose beforehand which cocktails you will learn to make, and we teach you how to make them like professional bartenders.
You will then be divided into teams and challenge each other to a series of contests to see who will be crowned the greatest bartender.

We also offer temporary fill in staff for bars and restaurants who may find themselves short of employees.
Private and corporate clients can hire a member of our staff, such as bartenders, flair bartenders, mixologists, waiting staff, and many more that will provide you with the requested service. You can, for example, hire one of our bartender that will make cocktails in the comfort of your home or in your office. GIN BAR
The GIN BAR service gives you the opportunity to have gin from the comfort of your home or office, a professional bartender that will serve you a perfectly mixed gin & tonic.
You will have a selection of 20 gins with several flavoured tonics with the appropriate and sophisticated garnish.
You can decide to follow the Bar Lab Plus perfect serve or you can choose your favourite gin and create your own perfect gin tonic.

COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE
Enjoy a completely new way to taste cocktails with Bar Lab Plus cocktail experience.
An intimate session for a max of 5 people at our studio based in East London. You will have the opportunity to discover unique flavours mixed with premium spirits.
A whole cocktail experience where the bartender will talk about the ingredients and the reason why they have been chosen.
A different method of approaching cocktails that will allow you to better understand the art of cocktail making.
There is no set limit on the number of cocktails that you will taste as it depends on the questions of guests and we will go with the flow. The session will last 2 hours and you will taste at least 10 cocktails.
You will also get to create your own cocktails with the ingredients that you will choose, we will give it a name and print a certificate.
The session is only open to 5 people as we want to keep it intimate however we are able to offer the experience to a bigger group with a slight different set up. Get in touch with us.
ALCOHOL FREE BAR
BarLab+ alcohol free bar is a service that sets up a bar at your place and you can enjoy alcohol free drinks such as world famous cocktails reviewed and made without alcohol.
We can also serve smoothies and milkshakes.
The service is ideal for events like baby showers, of children’s parties.

CASH BAR
With BarLab+ cash bar you, as the host of the event, will not be required to pay anything.
You will receive a full service including:

Your guests will be required to pay for their own drinks.
A minimum spend will be applied according to the type of event and the number of guests.
