After Wayan visited on site to provide an accurate quote for the following:

- Removing three existing internal doors.

- Reinstalling two existing internal doors by cutting them shorter to allow for the new carpet.

- Installing a new 6 panel hollow core door in the loft.

- Installing all new door furnitures and hardwares on all doors.

- Boxing up the pipes by the entrance of the house.

Wayan carried out the work to a very high standard. He is very skilled and completed the work with the most care and attention to detail. He tidied up after himself at the end of the day job and is very a friendly, reliable trustworthy person. I’m extremely pleased with the end results and I will certainly be in touch with any further carpentry work.

After raising a job Wayan called and organised a site visit to size up and accurately quote for the work.

On arrival he asked all the right questions. About time, materials, access, the where’s and the how’s of the doors that would be going up and management of expectations. I was given options and we agreed on the price and the scope of the works.

I needed some materials before and that added to the cost, paid up front. There were other different quotes but I just didn’t find any of them realistic and liked the presentation of Auzbuild compared to others, by highlighting some areas that would need attention to detail and time.

The work was carried out with precision and care. The job has worked out superbly knowing that there were challenges in the mis-match stuff he had to work with and age of the property. Old houses just aren’t square! However all the works were expertly delivered to top standards. Wayan just won’t do a shabby job I found - he takes too much pride in the work once he shakes on the matter and is an honest tradesman in terms of what he says he’ll do - he’ll do, and do it right. Something we need more of.

I also had an extra door to do that was an odd shape and Wayan took care of that last minute with no hassle. I will also add that extreme care was taken in my home. So scuffs or scrapes. No dust everywhere. Carpets covered and looked after. Privacy respected. I was working from home and I wasn’t troubled once - letting me get on with that. And Wayan was punctual in arriving and leaving with excellent comms throughout the two week job.

From the very beginning we should have used Wayan of Auzbuild. We put a job out on Bark for fitting an internal door, some architraves, doorstop, handles, a cupboard and boxing in. Unfortunately we went with another company as they were available sooner which cost us as their workmansip was very poor.

We then recruited Wayan to remedy the work and he did a great job! He explains everything that needs doing and gets on with it. He is punctual and trustworthy as I had to pop out a couple of times and left him on his own. A pleasure doing business with him and a job well done. I will definitely use him again!

I posted an Ad looking for someone to fit some new doors in our home. Wayan responded quickly and came over to assess the job the next day. He was very polite and clean, he even put a bag on his shoes which was very much appreciated. He explained our options and convinced us we were better off repairing our old doors as opposed to buying new ones.
He gave a detailed quote, showed up on time, did the job perfectly and cleaned up after he was done. He even worked around our baby's nap schedule.

Wayan replaced 11 doors and built a safety hand rail for our loft ladder.
The initial quote wasn't the cheapest of the quotes I obtained, but I was convinced to go with Auzbuild after speaking with Wayan and looking at some of the work on this website. Fortunately my decision was fully justified. Wayan did a great job. There was quite a lot of adjustment required for the doors but Wayan worked diligently on them and they have all been finished really well.
The safety had rail has been a surprisingly useful piece of work. I hadn't considered it but Wayan convinced me it would be beneficial and I have to agree.

Wayan is a trustworthy professional who we initially hired to fix an external door. He's since returned to do other jobs such as installing floorboards in our loft and replacing our existing hatch to make it more accessible. Working with Wayan has been an awesome experience. He was a true professional throughout. Happy to answer questions we posed, and make suggestions which proved to be more constructive than our "non industry" thinking.
