Alex is a great professional. He knows lots of different exercises, so that training is never boring nor repetitive.
He is always able to scale the exercises based on my general fitness level and the energy I have for every lesson.
Also, he has a lot of equipment so it's like to have a small a temporary outdoor gym: rope, dumbbells with many different weights, kettlebell, TRX, battle ropes, training ball...
I have been training with him for a couple of months now, I can see a lot of improvements in my fitness level and on my body as well.
Honestly don't know what more you could look for, I don't plan to stop training with him anytime soon.

Alexander Kelly, is, firstly, a very charming and friendly person. He has been very understanding of our initial capabilities and is building our strengths at each session.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their fitness goals by providing clear and progressive plans of how to move a client from their current state to their objective state. It is important to look at a client's lifestyle and day-to-day activities and habits as part of this plan. I look to find new ways to train a client, so that there is a learning path, new challenges to overcome, and to stop sessions from becoming boring or repetitive.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Whilst there is no simple formula for achieving body of your dreams, I have found that the following approches are fundamental in finding success:
1) Finding types of exercise that you enjoy doing - if you don't enjoy the exercise in some way, it is unlikely to be a long term and sustainable approach
2) Being consistent - not every single workout will be better than the last, but you will progress if you are consistent
3) Learning to be adaptable in the way that you approach exercise. For example training around injuries, having a flexible mindset, and changing your exercise routine periodically to keep progressing
4) Remembering to get the basics right - sleep, hydration, and nutrition (after all, it is not just the exercise component that detemines your physicality)
5) Putting in the effort - pushing yourself to reach new personal best standards; whether that's a new personal best for a 5km run time, or a new maximum weight for your lifts at the gym, you get out what you put in
What do you love most about your job?
I love being active and moving every day. I enjoy seeing people progress physically and the confidence that this can bring. I enjoy helping people make a committment to their long term health and well being. I love teaching clients new ways to move, and sharing the knowledge that I have gained over the years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business in the health and fitness space as I had amassed a lot of knowledge; to share that knowledge to enable people to lead healthier lives is a privilege. I enjoy the independence that comes from running my own business.
