I feel lucky to find Anael here on Bark.

I have never been an active person. And Anael helped me understand how core exercises works.

A true professional who can explain and answer questions. Very flexible and consideration with time too.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a short term or long term training.

Unfortunately, I had to stop my training due to change in my circumstances.

However, training with Anael has helped me understand my body and workouts better as I have not been an active person ever.

I’ve been working with Anael for over a year now. He has really helped me to understand the process of getting fitter and building muscle and how I can make changes to my routine and lifestyle sustainable through habit building. Our workouts have built up gradually in intensity and difficulty and I now feel much more confident working out on my own and in the gym outside of sessions with Anael. Anael is a great trainer, professional and understands how the body works to be able to provide feedback which aids your training needs and recovery.

His approach is very calm and supportive, helping to push you further and do more. I have noticed significant changes in my form and function since training with him.

I have been working with Anael for many years now and he is easily the best trainer I have had (and I have had a few!), hence why I'm still with him. His knowledge is outstanding and he really knows how to get the best out of me and keeps me on my toes. He teaches me about food, mental wellbeing as well as pushing me hard with the physical work. Aneal helped me work through a knee injury, with a series of tailored strengthening and core sessions which took me from being the least fit I've been in my life, to being excellently prepared for the start of the cricket season.

He continued to develop my strength and fitness, always tailored around my sporting weeks.

I also really appreciated Aneals knowledge on other issues such as nutrition and resolutions to some medical challenges I was having.

His all round suport was amazing and I'm really grateful for the sessions that we were able to have.

I offer all prospective clients a consultation session where we explore your goals, test your mobility, flexibility and strength, and try out a few exercises. Based on this I will provide you with regular one-on-one workout sessions with a training programme tailored to your individual needs.

The consultation session comes without a commitment to book further sessions so you can change your mind if you feel this approach is not for you.

There is no one secret to achieving the body of your dreams. It requires dedication, hard work, and consistency over time.

Seeing my clients progress in their fitness goals and develop long-lasting habits for a healthier life.

I previously worked at a gym however with the ongoing pandemic I have transitioned to online and face to face training outdoors or at the clients house. I found this gives my clients more flexibility as there is no need to join a gym and no to little equipment is required for my workouts.

With more than 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I can get you started on a new journey and help you develop the habits to not only get you fit, but also help you stay fit.
