We booked a trip from Dundee to Glasgow airport on Thursday September 26th, we asked for 6 15 a.m. pick up for our 11.15 a. m. flight, the driver was punctual and got myself and my wife there in plenty of time. The car was very comfortable and the driver was very friendly and we had great conversations on the way. We have been using Alan's airport transfers since we retired a few years ago...often four or five times a year! A most reliable and friendly service from initial booking stage to the completion of our journeys. His fleet of cars are most comfortable and kept immaculate. We would not use any other local airport transfer services...only Alan's ...he provides a first class service at all times. Our taxi always arrives promptly when leaving for our trip and when we arrive back...the driver tracks the flight arrival..then texts to let you know that they are waiting for us. It is very satisfying when you are taken people to the airport or any other location and the friendly banter we have. Our customers are first and foremost important in everything we do.
Its a family run business now since we grew to where we are now and all the drivers are friendly.
