My desire to become a Life Coach came after I lost 12 loved ones in 22 months. Including my parents and my 24 year old son in law. I divorced after 28 years of marriage. I sought counselling and hired a Life Coach. I worked hard navigating through the pain. I made significant changes to my health as well. I took action and transformed. My desire is to encourage, inspire and to help others do the same. Life can be beautiful.
I have a great track record of helping individuals who feel stuck, lack confidence and clarity to become clear and ready to take action to change the areas in their life that they want to change. I create a safe space for men and women. I use several techniques to get the best out of the client. One size does not fit all. I get to know my clients and what works best for them. I understand how hard it is to change and the importance of mindset. I understand loss and pain. I also understand how important it is to process through the pain. I believe we all have that 'knowing' within us. I help individuals tap into their knowing. Together we set attainable and realistic goals and celebrate the wins (and there are many).
