My experience with Zyad has been next to none. I have been working out for so many years 6x a week and after just a few sessions with him I can see the difference in my body and muscles. He is passioned and committed to his work and well being of his clients. I truly believe he is the best personal trainer in Toronto. Having been in the fitness industry for over 18 years, managed many weight loss and weight gain clients all with successful results, I am confident enough to recommend him to anyone who is willing to commit and work hard for a change for good in their lives. The best thing about training with Zyad is that I always feel better when I leave. I feel that he gears each session according to my ability and goals. Prior to starting with Zyad I was going to the gym around 3 times a week and tried to eat healthy. My results never got better and decided to make a change with a personal trainer. Since starting with Zyad I have not only lost weight, but gained strength and muscle definition. He created a meal plan specifically for my body and what I wanted to achieve. The biggest benefit is he does a great job at teaching you the different techniques and routines so that you can have confidence working out on your own. I would highly recommend! More...

Having never really worked out with weights, I started with Zyad in my 40s when I started to see unwanted changes in my body. I had pretty ambitious goals, but he was clear what it would take to achieve them. Through our work together, we completely changed my body—adding weight where I wanted and removing it where I didn’t. I started training with Zyad in October 2017 and immediately saw results and changes to my strength and endurance. I was originally looking to just get into better shape as I was already going to the gym 5 days a week on my own but what I have gotten out of training with him has been so much more. Prior to starting with him, I wouldn't have lifted more than 50 lbs at time or had even attempted to do about 90% of the exercises we do in our sessions. Not only did he show me how to navigate the equipment at the gym to maximize my workouts and gains, but taught me proper form, how to build up to certain weight amounts and gave me the confidence to tackle some challenging exercises. I still train with him almost 10 months later now, because the results just keep getting better. I could BARELY get through the first session and now thanks to my increased strength and endurance through him, it's truly become something I love and that I am so happy about. You think you know your way around a gym or a workout, but until you workout with an expert, you don't know and aren't truly benefiting from the effort you're making to workout. While it may seem intimidating, I could not recommend a better trainer and kinder person to train with! Plus, the facility he trains his clients at is really fantastic and in a great location, with an awesome team of trainers and frequent clients. Thank you, Zyad! More...
