Zs Buddies Sushi

Oh man, the sushi truck of my dreams right here. They come to my office every once in awhile (usually once a month) and I mark my calendar for it. Sadly, they usually come on Friday which is the day my team goes out to lunch together. So, I only get to have it when lunch plans fall through.They serve delicious sushirritos and that's all I need to have. I always get the volcano sushirrito with no salmon and they are happy to customize it slightly for me. It's fresh and spicy, just the way I like it.They had a sign up the first time I came out to make it "mega" and it did not disappoint. I think the burrito came out twice the size of the normal one. It was epic. The last time I had it I had to ask for mega, it is a couple of dollars more but well worth it. The guys working are attentive and friendly and are willing to customize as needed. I'm sure they won't go overboard on that though, but they offer a wide variety of options to really get you sushi fix. Highly recommend this truck if it's in the area. More...

As a lover of Japanese food, I can only say the freshness of their salmon and tuna are surprised me. I would say instead of spending hundreds in a Japanese restaurant you can enjoy the same service and delicious food for way less cost. Bravo!

This was one of the food trucks that comes to my office every Friday and one of the few I hope comes back.  It was fresh, different, and worth trying again.  Prices were totally fair, and it was one of those weird things that just worked. Food truck came to our apartment complex so we decided to try it out. The menu was limited to a few appetizers, poke bowls and sushi burritos. My husband ordered the soft shell crab burrito and I got the salmon and tuna poke bowl. Both were really good. I wanted rice with my poke bowl but it was served on a mixed green salad which was still great but I was still really hungry. The flavor of both items were fresh and really great. More...
