We bought a 4 bed Victorian terrace which was in need of updating/renovation and we wanted a huge amount of reconfiguration of layout to better suit our lifestyle. And happily ZRP did both as well as managing the project (including all parties involved) through to completion, which was brilliant in taking the strain off us! Throughout the process they were responsive, involving us when needed and were hugely sympathetic to our particular requests whilst also very accommodating to our changes of mind (we learnt was it is a good idea to listen to Matthew when he suggests an alternative option!). Where previously there were uneven levels, dark spaces and bizarrely located rooms, we now have fabulous, usable, light filled, welcoming spaces which work brilliantly for us. More...
