i1024 has been providing quality services to us since 2012. During all these years the staff has proven to be reliable and dependable; indeed, a few years ago the hosting company we used to use did not upgrade our hosting plan despite promising to do so. In consequence, our account run out of space, leaving us without the scheduled back-ups. As this was happening, the server crashed and the website became unavailable. David and Yiran stayed working during the weekend to restore all our files and get our website running again. They did this despite the fact that the company wasn't open during the weekends. This company has EXCELLENT customer service. I work for a small non-profit company in New York and am using them to print everything for our press kit. Everytime I have called their 718 number, I always speak with a live person, they are always friendly and have been able to answer my question every single time I called (which has been about 7 times). They even called to remind me that I had forgotten a step in the proof approval process not even 5 minutes after I clicked submit. I recently updated my website, Jason one of the designers did all the heavy lifting, but collaborated with me to create a website that enhances my business. I love that I can make changes to the website on my own, but if I need larger changes, designers are one click away to help. The website is visually engaging and professional.
