Just wanted to say what a positive experience it was working out with Ashling at Zone Fitness. She never missed a class, always very upbeat, always informative as to what we were working on and why and made it very easy to work out one on one with her. She helped find me foods that I could eat on the run and still be good for me and helped to keep me on track with nutrition and exercise. The instructors always find ways to make the sessions and the classes a little different and interesting and often have contests and events that build camaraderie.
