I am a positive and enthusiastic individual who can be empathetic of what effort and commitment is required to make lifestyle changes. I am a coach that is interested in developing one’s own knowledge to discover new ways to achieve results. I believe in social constructivism whereby we shape our knowledge and understanding through social experiences and interactions. Therefore I will strive to help others so that they so they may be empowered to have greater control over their decisions regarding their own health and well-being.

When it comes to making changes consistency is key. In regard to nutrition its about making small and gradual positive lifestyle changes which you can incorporate into your lifestyle over a long period of time until these behaviours become second nature. When it comes to exercise there are many tried and tested methods that can be incorporated to help you achieve your goals. Again the key is consistency and to achieve consistency you must enjoy the exercise you're doing. Therefore it is important to find an exercise activity that you enjoy and will therefore stick to over a long period of time. If you follow these steps, make the changes and stick to it there you will achieve your goals.

I love to help people and find there is nothing more rewarding than seeing others achieve results as a result of hard work and determination. Having gone through a similar process myself I enjoy educating and supporting others on their own journey what ever that may entail.

Having gone through a dramatic weight loss myself I was supported by a few personal trainers along the way and I learned a lot about health and exercise from working with them. Based on this experience I now want to provide a similar mentoring role and help others on their own journey to acheive their individual goals.
