I help to build Credible, Confident Leaders and Coaches through 1:1 Coaching, ILM Coaching Training and Coaching/Executive Supervision
I've been working as a leadership and executive coach since 2011 and have amassed in excess of 500 coaching hours. I primarily coach in organisations and work with a range of both large and small organisations in the public and private sector. I have experience of working with clients across a number industries such as education, healthcare, technology, FMCG, telecoms and procurement.
Before becoming a coach I had a successful career in an International FMCG company where I worked most recently as a Global OD Consultant. My remit involved change management, communications, global engagement, project management and coaching and mentoring. I left to set up my coaching business and haven't looked back since. I have enjoyed coaching Leaders and Executives, delivering coaching training and designing/facilitating leadership development programmes.
I believe I am an authentic coach who has a relaxed yet challenging style of coaching. I encourages my clients to be accountable and face into difficult obstacles. I combine the tools and techniques gained from my NLP and coaching training to enable my clients to experience the transformations and sustainable change they need to achieve their goals. I believe that people have unlimited potential and I see my role as helping them to be the best that they can be.
