$8.99 local lunch buffet?! I'm in. This cute pizza shop located in downtown Zionsville sells pizzas, pastas, salads, appetizers (breadsticks, burrata, loaded fries, etc). They always have a lunch buffet, as well as a $9.99 dinner buffet every night. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and even offered to bring extra pizzas out for the buffet, as we were the only ones there (we took a later lunch). I helped myself and got a chicken bbq bacon slice, cheesy/white sauce one and a pepperoni vegetable. The chicken bbq one was by far my favorite. The cheddar cheese mixed with onions and the tangy sauce was so delicious. The buffet also includes a salad bar with toppings, soup option with toppings (chicken noodle this time) and breadsticks and sauces. The breadsticks looked great and the salad bar was okay (the tomatoes looked a little rough) but the rest of the options were on point. Glad to have found this place! Solid four stars, maybe 4.5! Â I stopped in on a Saturday for a lunch and was impressed with the service and the food. Â I was greeted and seated in the back dining area. Â There was only one woman running the front of the house, greeting, seating, waiting, and cleaning. Â I don't think she ever stopped moving!I ordered the Italian Club sandwich that came with a side of chips and a pickle spear. Â The sandwich was sliced in half for ease in eating (and for saving if you only want part of it then.) Â The crust was crisp and not too thick. Â So, it was firm enough to hold the ingredients without making the bite too large or leaving me with a lot of bread like some other restaurants do. Â The flavor was really good with the four kinds of meat blending with the banana peppers, olives, and mozzarella. Â The chips and pickle were just okay, nothing special.They do offer beer and wine here and they also have a salad bar and pizza bar, but I am not a fan of picking up pizza that has set out for awhile. Â I definitely think I made a good choice with the sub.Normally, the waitress brings your check and you pay at the counter between the front and back dining areas. Â Unfortunately, a small wall blocks the view of the back dining room when the waitress is manning the cash register. Â So, I simply walked up to her and let her know I was ready to check out. My husband and I ventured into Zionsville on Father's Day for a late lunch. The downtown area was dead! Very few people walking around and few restaurants were open. We didn't intend to eat at Zionsville Pizzeria but it was one of the few places that were open. We were, up until the last five minutes of our visit, the only people in the restaurant! (Even that person who came in was only there to pick up his teenage son who works there.)The buffet was not available, I'm sure due to the slow business. But that was fine, we ordered individual pizzas instead. We also ordered the goat cheese appetizer. The goat cheese was just ok but the pizzas were excellent! I had a mushroom, broccoli, and pineapple thin crust and the hubs ordered a mushroom, pepperoni, and sausage hand tossed. We both said we would order them again, which is actually kind of a big deal. I usually only like deep dish (the less healthy, the better!) so for me to like a thin crust says a lot.We will definitely be back! More...

First time at this pizza parlor, I love supporting local businesses. We went during their Sunday pizza and salad lunch buffet. We walked in right as they opened and didn't have the pizzas ready for twenty minutes which was a little disappointing, they only had two pizzas available veggie and half sausage/ pepperoni, other half sausage. I tried the lunch buffet (pizza, salad, breadsticks) for $8. On Tuesdays, the soda is free! Otherwise, a soda is $2. They also have beer available (I noticed Sun King. ..didn't see the other options).I was disappointed when I sat down because the only pizza on the buffet was a veggie pizza. Five minutes later, they brought out a pepperoni and sausage pizza...Now we're talkin'! The food was good. The ingredients were fresh - a lot more fresh than your typical buffet. Not sure why the Yelp reviews are pretty low overall. This place does not have a nice outside, look but that's the only negative I could come up with. Beyond that, the inside is well maintained and has a wall markered up with former visitors including myself. It really brings a sense of community and care without being too tacky or childish.The menu has a decent variety. Typical of a pizza place, but some extra options you wouldn't expect too often like a chicken wrap for instance.The server was super friendly and professional, food came out quickly and was really well made. The pizza? I thought the pizza was good and worthy of three stars; my husband, however, loved it, so I'm bumping this shiz up to four stars. Boom, four stars. There you go.We got the large hand-tossed Deluxe pizza, which came with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, black olives, Roma tomatoes and banana peppers. It took them a good 20 minutes or more to bring it out to our table. That seems to be a tad on the long side, but we were there on a weekend evening, so I suppose we had to take that into account.We sat on the patio, which was nice because the weather was warm and we could people-watch whilst stuffing ourselves with cheese and dough. The dining room inside is small, but apparently it can accommodate a party, because there was a child's party going on when we were there. They offer a pizza buffet for lunch and I think dinner also, but nothing beats a freshly baked pie, you know? Plus, I can't get down with pizza that's just sitting under a heat lamp. The pizza is some of the best we've had, it's a true treat. We have ordered from them for 5 years now. We always order the Deluxe and eat it all! The only reason I'm giving 4 not 5 stars is due to the shortness of their employees. Haven't been happy with them, not at all. Awesome pizza buffet and a great price at 8 dollars. They have a variety of pizza and keep them coming out hot as they are eaten. The crust is nice and doughy with a good crisp outer layer. The sauce is just the right combo of sweet and savory and the toppings are plentiful. I will definitely add this to my lunch rotation.I would like to add that I was here for lunch so service wasn't a big part of the experience. Love the all you can eat weekday buffet--pizza, salad, soup, breadsticks with marinara dipping sauce. It all looks and tastes so fresh--it just begs you to eat more and more :) Everything is constantly being added to--no shortages at any station. All is made in house, and it's delicious.The restaurant is clean and bright (love the little sparkling lights that crisscross the ceiling--so festive!) Such a cute and cozy pizza place downtown Zionsville. Found out about this pizzeria from my company Christmas gift cards and we loved it! My husband loves pizza and we thought we would head into Zionsville for a nice dinner together. We were sat in a nice area near the tv and the owner was working, serving, and greeting customers. Learned from their website that this is actually a dine-in pizzeria now - Zionsville Pizzeria, and they've moved (255 S Main Street). We stopped in here when we were in Zionsville for the Porsche Club of America CruZionsville event. A cozy little eatery, the day we visited they were offering a pizza and salad buffet. The pizza was delicious - fresh toppings and the crust was not too crispy, and soft and chewy in some places. Their breadsticks are wonderful, too! Now open for dine in, this place used to be delivery only. They are now in a new location, just a few hundred feet from the old one. Excellent pizza with very fresh ingredients. We had a chicago sausage, fresh basil, and chopped tomato deep dish. The crust fell over for some reason because they're still working out the kinks on their deep dish, but very good overall. To us, the cheese really makes the difference. We grew up outside of chicago, so we are pizza snobs. Can't wait to try their hand tossed. Decent prices for deep dish. I would definitly compare them to roselli's or Nancy's. We will certainly be back. Good texas cheese toast as well. Clean restaurant in a great location in downtown Zionsville.
