We want to add ourselves to the list of Zinzi M Catering fans. Zinzi prepared and delivered the most wonderful food for a small post-wedding celebration for about 25 of us at a local Moab Hotel. The food was professionally presented and absolutely delicious! Her dressings and sauces are simple, yet outstanding. The bride and groom had requested a simple 2 tiered white wedding cake. Everyone raved about how flavorful it was and that it tasted truly homemade. My only regret is that we live 8 hours away and can't use her services more often!
