I’ve never cracked a phone screen before and I was terrified of using a non-Apple shop to replace but could not afford an Apple repair. This place came recommended and I would happily recommend to others. Friendly, helpful, and most importantly replaced the screen same day (takes about 2 hours). Cheaper than Apple and iSmash for the same service, plus they throw in a free screen protector (and screen protectors are literally the reason why I’ve never cracked a screen. Seriously. Get one.). Went in there this morning when my MacBook Pro would not start up. The technician opened the laptop up right there and then, diagnosed and managed to fix it within five minutes. My phone died on me during an extremely stressful time and I was scared I'd have to trek all the way to the Apple Store and leave it with them for days, then I found this place on Google. I have Aspergers Syndrome and anxiety so was scared to approach people for help but this man was very kind and actually genuinely seems to care about his customers who all know eachother by name and ask how everyone is doing. I had my phone back the next day, he let me browse the internet whilst I waited and even replaced my cracked screen protector at no extra cost despite it taking A LOT of effort to remove. Fantastic service, lovely, professional-looking store that is nice and quiet to sit and wait in.I've been having a run of bad luck lately but this experience made the inconvenience of my iPhone breaking so much easier to cope with.I am forever grateful. I got a very bad virus on my laptop. Unfortunately Thomas was unable to remove it but he did not charge me for it. I appreciate the effort in trying to repair it. Zettabyte is great - reliable and trustworthy for non-technically minded people like me who don't know who is good and who they can trust with a computer/lap-top problem. I have now used them over several years, and have found them to be consistently reliable, producing good results at reasonable prices to a variety of lap-top and home printer issues I have had to face. Tamas and Michael are always patient, courteous and considerate too, despite often having many demands for their attention. They will visit you at home in the evening if necessary. I visited this shop yesterday as I needed help with my laptop that was no longer working. Thomas was really helpful and took the time to explain things to me. If I should ever need any help with my computer again I will definitely be going here. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had had another company mess up all my IT and my Apple PC, iphone, ipad and laptop resulting in them all being out of synchronisation. Thomas arrived exactly at the time he had promised and worked quietly and very efficiently. He resolved all my issues as well as also setting up my Pulse watch. Having rung around a couple of local repair shops for quotes, I chose this company because it was easily the most reasonably priced. I brought my laptop in at short notice after work because it was overheating. The gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to drop everything else and work on it straight away so that I had it functioning for work at 9am the next morning.
