We engaged Zettabyte Solutions earlier this year to provide technical support for our small business and now cannot imagine how we managed without them. The changes they’ve made have enabled us to work much more efficiently without all the little ‘issues’ we had been trying to work-around for months before.

They always provide very fast first class customer service whenever we have a problem and have assisted us with so many things, including purchasing computers, configuration, replacing screens, etc. On one occasion we had lost important data and Michael really went above and beyond, working all hours at our office in order to restore everything and minimise the impact on our business and staff.

I had a disk drive which had been formatted and had to search for someone to recover the data. Michael was reassuring but completely clear about the possible outcomes. He did manage to recover the data fortunately!
He was friendly, comparatively priced and very honest. He kept me informed of the progress and completed the recovery in good time.
I was glad I had chosen to go to him rather than sending the disk to a recovery centre.

I was the first client of Zettabyte IT Solutions on its opening day. I needed my laptop's Windows 10 O/S downgraded to Windows 7 for a particular reason. This is a tricky job. They went out of their way to ensure everything was backed up first. The whole process was done professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner at a VERY reasonable price! My laptop is like new!
