Crossfit/OCR is the way to work out without the boring repeating of the same thing over and over. It is always fresh and new and the exercises really work on getting you fit. 5/5

I started the cross fit about 4 months ago. Since I have been training with Charels everything about me chanced. I feel positive about the things I do, I have stopped smoking, I feel as if I could concur the world. I even took the next step in growing my business. I started at Zest for Life this year - as an average 39 something female that wanted to gain core strength. As a cyclist and runner I needed the extra training however I did not expect to start enjoying Crossfit as much. In March I broke my spinal processes from L2-L5 during a mountain bike accident and through the dedicated coaching I can now do various exercises including rope climbs and wall hand stands. I took up personal coaching with Charles Lubbe and could subsequently compete in Last Man Standing and even enjoyed the experience. Zest makes use of three different standards or models for evaluating and guiding fitness. Collectively, these three standards define the Zest view of fitness. The first is based on the 10 general physical skills widely recognized by exercise physiologists. The second standard, or model, is based on the performance of athletic tasks, while the third is based on the energy systems that drive all human action.
