I don’t know that I have ever seen Zeroez in action before but we’ve used them before . Today was really awesome to be able to experience the whole process start to finish . From the detail of the initial call and the detail to the actual service was really fun. My service tech explained everything thoroughly but simply performed a miracle in restoring our carpet. I chose Zerorez because I am allergic to many fragrances and I have always been impressed with there reviews and endorsements. Mike arrived on time and was very professional. I was very impressed with him as he listened to my concerns. I have a dog and a cat who have left many deposits in the last three years. Mike pointed out my options. And described my choices for handling this problem. He did not push me to chose but I could see the value in the treatments I chose. He was here for about four hours and the results are wonderful. I always recommend Zerorrz to my customers. I heard nothing but praise from my customers. I do not have carpet but being in the hardwood flooring business for 34 years I have tore up thousands of yards of carpet. We can always tell when a carpet has been soaked with water and not cleaned simply put it’s rotten and stinks. I RECOMMEND ZEROREZ!!! I just seen a commercial for a carpet cleaning company with Dale Cardwell (“a consumer investigator”) in it. Most everyone knows he is a con artist making a living off advertising claiming he only lists certain companies, but he is a paid endorsement (sure no conflict). This Advertizing was bashing Zerorez which is in my unpaid opinion is the best carpet cleaning services in Atlanta. I can only assume they would not advertise with him. I am tired of seeing the trust dale reviews that are in my opinion scams. He gets paid for what he says about these companies .
