The response time was excellent. We used for end of tenancy clean and were surprised and amazed at how clean our rental property looked after they had finished.
The house never looked this clean even when we first moved in.. When the estate agent came to check property as we handed keys back they commented on how immaculate it was and how fresh the whole house smelt.
We were that impressed we have booked them to do a pre clean of the house that have have just brought. Highly recommend....

Curtis came to clean our carpets the day we got the keys to our new home. He was so flexible with us as picking up the keys didn't go to plan!
We have a little girl and Curtis understood our needs to have the carpets thoroughly cleaned to enable us to move in the following day.
Additionally, there were some stubborn stains such as foundation, fake tan and also unknown black marks. Curtis was able to remove all stains and now they look brand new!!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Hi Narendra, we are very surprised by your review and a little confused. As you know when the technician was at your property you accompanied him from room to room apologising for the amount of food stains and observing the process as he removed them. As you were there and observed each room can we just clarify exactly what the process is as you may have misunderstood due to the machine that vacuums also performs another role in the process. The process can be observed on our website www.zerodrytime.com but just to summarise for you, it is :- 1. Thoroughly vacuum the room. 2 Apply an encapsulating solution to trap the dirt particles. 3. Apply a 'sponge' product that then binds the particles together. 4 Agitate the product with the free style machine that traps all of the particles deep within the fibres and finally. 5. Another thorough vacuum to remove all of the particles. Leaving the room clean, fresh, sanitised and stain proofed. I hope that reassures you Narendra and you are happier now that it has been broken down. As customer satisfaction means everything to us as a company we are sure you will understand our disappointment with the 2* rating, especially given that you signed the job sheet to say that the job was completed to your full satisfaction.
