Bogus company. Also come under the names of Trusted Roofing and Repairs, and Trusted Roofing. Left my roof in a terrible state. Won’t return my calls. Dodgy invoices- I received 2 invoices both with different ref.numbers and weren’t detailed. 1 star is too much. More...

It seemed ok at the beginning. During the work I was told they have to stop working because there is much more to repair otherwise the roof would collapse. I agreed to the additional work, the price was £ 10,000.00 on top of the first invoice. After I payed the bill a nightmare started. No customer service, they refused to give me a detailed invoice which I needed for my insurance. They left the place in a dirty condition, even nails were laying around. It took ages till they moved their lorry with the rubbish away, after many complaints. I think they are doing unlawful things. Their lorry wasn’t even taxed. If you want to call them only a lady is taking the phone and you don’t get the opportunity to speak to the manager. I learned a painful lesson. I phoned Bark but they couldn’t help, they said they don’t have them in their database because of complaints. Avoid them, it’s the worst company I ever had. Even only one star is too much. More...

I think your mistaken as we have not worked for you I think you have reviewed the wrong company we have not been trading for over a year? Please could you double check and amend this. It’s clear you have had a nightmare but it was not with us

they worked hard and were easy to stay in contact with.
only slight concern was the clean up after was a little disappointing
