I have been training with Scott for the last 18 months. I generally do 2 or 3 weight-based sessions per week (in the gym or at home). There is always plenty of variety to stop me getting bored: free weights, weight machines, kettle bell, circuits, boxing, running. The support and advice on diet is invaluable.<br /><br />I find the sessions very motivating and I have got excellent results. Recently I had<span id="moreReview286559" class="hide"> to have major surgery and was glad to have achieved a good level of fitness before the operation as this makes recovery quicker.
