Great company which I found on line. Very helpful and gave step-by-step advise along the way. Really pleased with the end result and it cost us a third of the cost has we got a staircase company to do the complete job.

Bought modern stair parts agreed that would check once unwrapped on site came to fit glass and scratched when reported it came up with terms and conditions wiping hands of any damage expected me to foot bill for new glass never mind the labour refitting
Delivered glass 9 at night in dark in back of car was impossible to check glass and only seen scratches once got light behind it
Blamed on site conditions or marked as work commenced I fit glass last thing once all laquer has been done and any sanding finished to stop any problems so know could not have been done at later date
Turned up with off it from stock when came to fit was to short plus it had swelled that much the beads had jammed in and because I opened case at PayPal he wouldn’t leave replacement so held job up for week just being funny saying no one to sign for it yet all rest was dropped with no signature
Pity because oak very good but won’t use again if use check glass with lamp behind glass before leaves and take pictures of glass on delivery comes with no packaging just pads against each other

Thank you for your feedback Mark, we advised you that any damages must be reported within the 24 hours period after delivery and you reported scratches after using glass to set newel posts and fit handrails 9 days after delivery. Even though PayPal rejected your claim we ordered glass replacements for you and offered it free of charge for you to collect and you were only interested in money compensation, we still have the glass if you would like to take it or we can deliver it if required.
