They deliver on best practices! I have been treated by Nik Chiu since May of this year. He uses manual therapy and is extremely gentle and knowledgeable in his practice. Zen Physiotherapy exceeded my expectations. I went there and saw Rhea and she is amazing! Not only did she help me with my injury, but you can tell she really cares about her patients and their recovery. I have recommended my friends and family to Zen Physiotherapy and they all love it too! A friend of mine went and saw Nick who is the other Physio there and couldn't stop raving about him. I just randomly picked Zen Physiotherapy one day and I’m glad I did.It has addressed all my issues. After assessing me the owner Nickimmediately addressed my weaknesses and tailored a program for me. The follow ups via email with images of various exercises helped to speed up my recovery.
