LVL Lash Virgin until today - Hannah was an amazing therapist and couldn't have made me feel any more relaxed or comfortable for this 45min treatment. I was a little nervous as I normally just get an eyelash tint, but Hannah explained step by step as she was going along to ensure I was at ease with each application. Kristen was so professional, friendly and precise. It was my first time at the salon and it won’t be my last. She did the 12 week Keratin blowdry and a haircut for me, really pleased with the results! Also got the Body wrap with Hannah - who was really warm, accommodating and professional too! Can't speak highly enough about the unbelievable customer service and professionalism of all the staff at Zen Beauty...Martina Marian and Kristen. Got my hair coloured and cut with Kirsten couldn't be happier turned out better than the photo I chosen of colours to get done...very talented she is.
