Matt has trained me on and off for many years now. He is an excellent trainer. Matt is always prepared with fun and creative exercises and takes the time to thoroughly explain each move. He is always positive, upbeat and cheerful. You can tell Matt loves what he does. This positivity makes the workout much more enjoyable and encourages me to keep going. I’ve been working with Matt for quite a long time now and I’m always impressed with his ability to motivate. If I get bit off track he’s always there to get things back in line. He also understands a lot about physiology and is mindful of making sure the workout is safe as well as effective. Matt is an excellent coach. He understands and explains very well, the rationale behind all the exercises he puts me through.
