Timothy did a great job on our carpets, left the place spotless. Detailed explanation of pricing, offered options but was not pushy. Only thing not mentioned in the pricing on site was the fuel surcharge that the office hit me with afterwards. Lots of companies just tack this on but I really don't think it is justified. Then the amount charged by the office did not quite match the price on my invoice. It was only a difference of $20 so not a huge deal, but it should have matched. Did well on the carpets at least. I called Monday morning and they were there by noon. Our puppy had made a mess and our carpets needed a really good cleaning in general. They arrived when they said they would which I always appreciate. He was very upfront about the odds of getting out our stains, but he got them all out!! He was on-time, friendly & polite and did a thorough job answering all my questions and explaining the process.
