Psychotherapy follows different ethical guidelines than other businesses so I actually discourage anyone from writing reviews even if they are positive. If there's something you'd like to say I encourage you to message me privately. Thanks for your understanding. More...

Q&As

I love how I get to have deeply meaningful experiences with people who I genuinely care about. I also think the therapy hour is a very unique time. When there are established and trusted boundaries in a consistent setting, it affords the possibility for so much to be said and felt. Old wounds can have a chance to heal and new aspect of self can come forward.

Being a business owner means that I get to structure my work in ways that ensure my own wellbeing so that I can provide the best possible care for my clients. It's like the oxygen mask in the airplane, make sure that you are secure before helping others.

You should choose me only if you feel we are a good fit. A good fit between therapist and client is critical. You should feel like your therapist is right there with you, understanding your experience while also capable of offering a little something more or different. If you are curious about yourself and willing to enter unknown places for the longterm goal of healing, getting clarity or creating more of the life you want, I encourage you to reach out. I'd be happy to hear about your situation. If I'm not the right person, I can try and connect you with someone more suited to you.
