I used Zack/De Vito for my ground up project in Bernal Heights. They were actually the second architecture firm we hired. We already had our permit, but wanted something different . We Completely reworked the project and ended up with a new permit and more than we could have expected. Our property was featured on the 2012 AIA Home Tour and we are still enjoying it.
