I provide home, office, outdoor, and apartment gym personal training, as well as online training through Skype. Whatever your goals are, I will come up with a plan to achieve them and help you implement it. Sessions usually focus on strength training, but depending on your needs they will be adjusted. I also focus on helping you implement a cardiovascular exercise program, increasing flexibility, and improving your diet. Every person is different, and has different goals, so I do my best to give you what you need to make those goals a reality.
