Yvvy is a great personal trainer. She’s really encouraging and enthusiastic, she makes sure to meet you where you are fitness wise. She’s also super fun to be around! Yvonne is the best PT I have ever had! She is lovely and really knows what she is doing. Within 6 weeks i went from running 30 seconds before having to stop due to breathlessness, to 11 minutes! !! Q&A

First and foremost it is important to stress that you can not out train a bad diet. The two are intrinsically linked. With this in mind I sit down with my client & we address what their nutritional & fitness goals are both in the short term & long term. From their we find a working medium that sustainably & easily implemented into daily like. It's important that this eventually just becomes a habit & not a chore & I am always there for support when my client needs me. It's important to remember that balance is key.

Watching someone become confident in themselves is why I love being a PT. I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and tell my that because of my support, encouragement, coaching they excelled. Or simply they never gave up. I want someone to be able to say I became stronger physically & mentally because of your support or I lost this much weight because of your support or I feel more comfortable in my own skin because of your support. I want my clients to realise how strong & capable they are & how this in turn will have an effect on their whole life experience.

I do not believe in the cookie cutter approach, one size fits all.

I tailor all fitness programmes to clients fitness levels & past experiences.

I encourage my clients to push outside the comfort zone & try something new but I also believe in incorporating exercises that clients enjoy. I always listen to my clients & are open to feedback. After all it is the clients journey & I believe exercise should be as fun as possible.

I am available for support through out the whole journey.
