Mr. Yurong listens and suggest ways to help you achieve your goals. From food consumption, to focusing on trouble areas needing toning or correcting. For me, Mr Yurong has help me with my weak shoulders/posture. His focus in helping me stretch and strengthen muscles, using my body weight. We have graduated to using resistance bands. Friends and famly have noticed a difference already. My work outs are fun, but hard at times. Mr. Yurong is a great moviator! Can't wait until our next work out!! More...

Justin!! He is an amazing person and will do whatever to make you feel comfortable during the session. He is an easy-going person and wants you to achieve whatever goal you have in mind. He makes each new session harder for you and gives different types of exercises each time as well. After each session I usually wake up the next day with my entire body sore and feel refreshed. I stayed with Justin for about three months and noticed that I have gotten stronger. I enjoyed every session with him; it was always different, and he made it fun every time. He also cares about what you eat and will suggest healthier food options if needed. Thanks to him, I have been eating a lot healthier and really think about what is going into my body. I recommend him, and I will for sure work with Justin again later in the year.

Q&As

I help all of my clients achieve their fitness goals by listening to them first. In order to provide my clients with as much value as I can, I need to understand what they want to change and why they want to make that change. Every client is different and comes with his or her own needs, so there is no set process on how I help my clients achieve their goals. But I will do everything I can to help my clients as much as possible.

However, if someone is not truly motivated to change, then there is nothing a personal trainer can do to help. A personal trainer can give the best workout tips or the best meal plans in the world, but if a client is not internally motivated, none of that matters and no real progress will be made.

If you are motivated and committed to reaching your fitness goals, I can help you effectively progress toward them, and I would love to be your personal trainer.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is long-term consistency with nutrition and exercise. There are no shortcuts.

What I love the most about being a personal trainer is seeing my clients grow in every area of their lives as they improve their health and fitness. Although my clients see amazing physical results, I am most proud of their non-physical transformations.

To give an example, one of my clients told me that I helped him overcome the depression and anxiety he has dealt with his entire life. He no longer fears being in large crowds because now he is more confident in himself. Not only that, but he his energy levels, mood, and sleep have all improved. It's hearing this type of feedback that makes personal training so enjoyable. I love helping people improve their lives.

I first began this type of work by helping my friends and family reach their fitness goals. I didn’t charge them simply because I cared for them and enjoyed training them. But as I slowly became the go-to person for fitness advice within my network of friends, I realized that personal training was a skill I had and a service many people paid for. So, I made personal training a business, where I’ve continued doing what I love - helping people reach their goals.

For anyone seeking the help of a personal trainer, the best advice I’d give them is to seek someone who truly cares for you. Personal trainers need to understand that people don’t care what they know, until they know that they care. In my opinion, that’s my competitive advantage. I care deeply about my clients, and I will keep every single one accountable so that they can reach their goals.

Before talking to a personal trainer, customers should really think about what they want to change, and more importantly, why they want to make that change. They need to realize that being physically and mentally fit is a lifelong commitment. If someone is not truly motivated to change, then there is nothing a personal trainer can do to help. A personal trainer can give the best workout tips or the best meal plans in the world, but if a client is not internally motivated, none of that matters and no real progress will be made.

If you are motivated and committed to reaching your fitness goals, I can help you effectively progress toward them, and I would love to be your personal trainer.
