I’m on my third pregnancy supported by Noemi’s fantastic Pilates each time. Couldn’t recommend her more. A real expert in providing individual exercise adjustments to suit each stage of the pregnancy and associated pains, strains and restrictions that comes with it! I have met some lovely ladies along the way too which is always a bonus! More...

I have been going to Yummy Pilates classed with Noemi since mid-2017 when I was pregnant. I have also done her Mummy & Baby pilates and post-natal pilates classes and cannot recommend her enough. Noemi is very knowledgeable, pays close attention to the members of the class and tailors what you should/shouldn't do based on known issues. Definitely give yummy pilates a go. More...

I love Yummy Pilates. I have been attending classes with Noemi since mid 2017 when I was 5 months pregnant and have now attended pre-natal, Mum and Baby, as well as post-natal classes. They are all brilliant. Noemi is lovely but is most importantly very knowledgable, she is able to tailor the class/movements to deal with issues/injuries. A rare find! Noemi provides a relaxing, calm and friendly atmosphere whilst ensuring the exercise is demanding enough to make it worth your time! I started with Noemi at Yummy Pilates when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I enjoyed the prenatal Pilates until the birth of my daughter, it helped me stay at least a little active towards the end of my pregnancy. Now I am currently enjoying the Mommy and Baby Pilates. It's nice to get out the house and be able to do some exercise with my daughter in tow. Noemi is a wonderful teacher and her Pilates philosophy match mine. She is wonderful with my baby, giving me the ability to get some exercises done. I would highly recommend her classes to all! I started Yummy Pilates with my first pregnancy back in 2013 and loved it. I found it helped me to strengthen the muscles I most needed in pregnancy. I went back when I was pregnant with my second and now I go to the post natal Pilates which helps me cope with the aches and pains of carrying a baby around and breastfeeding. Not to mention helping me to tone and lose the baby weight. Noemi is calm, friendly, and always adapts the class for the different levels in the room. If you’re looking for something to keep you active before and after pregnancy, I highly recommend you give yummy Pilates a go! More...

Noemi's Yummy Pilates classes are amazing, I like it and waiting for every Thursday. Classes are relaxing but at the same time you feel your muscles are working. Everything is very gentle but effective. Atmosphere is very nice and variety of exercises is big so you won’t get bored, lots of equipment is helpful as well. Lots of attention to each visitor needs and requests. Such an lovely way to exercise! More...
