My husband and I felt it was really important to find a good video company so we could always remember our wedding. We worked with Savannah and Kyle prior to the wedding to get all the details prepped for the wedding. They both spent time with us on the phone to make sure everything went smoothly as well as were very easy to communicate via email. On the day of the wedding, our videographers were Brian and Louis... there were the absolute best. Brian and Louis arrived early to scope out the venue, took all of our before wedding shots, reception and ceremony. They realized how much fun everyone was having and politely, without being intrusive, they pulled me aside and asked if I wanted them to stay longer... they ended up staying an extra hour to give us even more footage. During the entire day, I barely realized they were there, they didn't have the camera in my face, they got every single shot without making us feel like paparazzi in our face. Louis was the videographer that shot my ladies and I getting ready and he was a pleasure. He was friendly, chatted with us but also gave us space. My husband said Brian did the same thing, had a nice medium between hanging out with him and his guys but also giving them space. Brian and Louis worked so well together, they were on the same page and managed to capture everything from people having a blast to the decor. I believe Louis was the one that edited the video (I'm not sure if Brian helped)... but I could not be happier with what he/they created. It was absolutely perfect... it felt like a romantic comedy movie trailer that I would want to see in theaters. The video captured the best moments, they incorporated speeches, the decor, parts that made me laugh and parts that made me cry. I have rewatched it so much already and it just reminds me how amazing the day was. Thank you so much Louis, Brian, Savannah and Kyle for making my wedding day so amazing. You all made it a great experience and we are so lucky you were there for us on our wedding day. This is the absolute BEST vendor you can go with for video and photography. YTM was so easy to contact and reach out to regarding any questions we had.

We had a destination wedding September 2019 in Falmouth, MA and we live in Florida. YTM made what would normally be a bit of an overwhelming situation into something so smooth and perfect. We loved the reps that worked with us, everything about this company was amazing.

I was so beyond impressed and overjoyed with our wedding video that I had to tell the world about it! Originally, my husband and I thought we did not want a wedding videographer for our wedding but I was quickly convinced by friends that it would be the best investment we would make. And they were so right - it's by far the BEST thing to look back on and relive the day that photos simply cannot do. Yours Truly Media was definitely one of the best vendors we worked with. I truly appreciated their prompt communication, organization and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything covered and that we loved our video. I had given some feedback about our video about wanting to incorporate a special part of the day, and they came back with something far beyond our expectations! I found Yours Truly through social media and completely fell in love with their style from the beginning. Amy and Savannah were great throughout the whole process, from booking to receiving our video. Our wedding team was so easy to work with and were so creative in coming up with great shots. They would even retake ones to make sure that they got them perfect. We also included the drone in our package and we got some seriously amazing shots. When we received the final product, we received a 1 minute Instagram video,6 minute highlight video with edited cuts & music, which was so beyond our expectations I can’t even put it into words, we also received all our RAW filming they captured during the day. We hadn’t budgeted for a wedding videographer initially. But one day, while doing some vendor research, we ran across a video from Your Truly Media. We just knew we had to hire them for our wedding, even if it meant reallocating budgeted funds away from something else.

The pre-wedding team was helpful from day one, explaining all of their package options and helping us decide what our package should include based on our specific needs. The team checked in with us periodically and reached out to us prior to our wedding day to ensure our videographers were prepared and were aware of any detail that we wanted captured. It was so nice knowing there was a dedicated representative we could reach out to whenever we had any questions, and that representative was incredibly responsive and helpful.

The day of our wedding, the videographers arrived promptly and jumped into the action right away. The team worked so hard to capture every aspect of our wedding day without being disruptive at all. Something I appreciated was how well they worked with our photographers (from a different company), making the day run smoothly and being very professional.

We just received our final product… and it hasn’t even been a month since our wedding! We just LOVED our highlights video! Both their shooting and editing were outstanding. I would recommend Yours Truly Media to anyone in a heartbeat! More...

Having a videographer for our wedding was something we knew we wanted. After seeing videos from Yours Truly, I knew their work would be amazing. They also were extremely affordable for the quality of work they provided. I was a little worried about using a company from out of state, but all my worries were completey eliminated after talking on the phone with the Kyle. He made sure he knew every detail that we wanted to capture and answered all of our questions. The day of the, two videographers were extremely professional and never got in the way; no one even knew they were there! They worked so hard, running back and forth to get every single detail. I cannot say enough positive things about Yours Truly Media. Our highlights video made us cry all over again. The staff at YTM (shoutout to Kyle Sharp and team) are a pleasure to work with and are just as excited about your special day as you are. They will arrive EARLY; not just on time. They delivered my video 1 week earlier than I was expecting to have it. They really do listen and showcase what is important to you in your video. My guests even commented that they were really on the ball and never missed a beat. I was on the fence about a design element I was considering trying that I've never seen done at a wedding before. Yours Truly Media was great! Overall they did a very good job from start to finish. I got married in Yosemite National Park in the middle of summer, which is a very logistical challenging location. So I had to make sure I was picking a videographer team that would be competent and up for the challenge. I was concerned at first because I worked with several different employees during the planning stages of my wedding and I did not know who the final shooters were going to be until a few weeks before my wedding, but the communication was definitely going on behind the scenes because they exceeded my expectations. Every employee I worked with was very personable and professional. The shooters were very fun and easy to work with. I told them I wanted lots of footage because I was paying extra for a raw footage hard drive; they definitely delivered. My guests and I saw they working constantly throughout my wedding day capturing numerous priceless moments. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with the YoursTruly Media team. Choosing a photographer/Videographer was a nightmare start for us. Before booking with YTM, we already had a photographer and videographer booked, but i somehow stumbled onto YTM and I was ready to lose my deposit with the other company, which i have noo regrets on doing. Since the very first conversation with Amy, i knew that they were going to be the company to capture my wedding day. Amy was always available to answer my questions and was always so accommodating. The entire team is just amazing. I also worked with Kyle Sharp, who also answered all of my questions at alll times of the day. The photographers/videographers i was assigned on my wedding day called me a few days prior to go over my wedding vision, and my wedding vision was exactly what I received!! Joseph and Laura were outstanding! My pictures are straight out of a magazine. I probably have washed my wedding video about 500 times already. We were very happy we went with Yours Truly - they were great to work with from start to finish. The pre-wedding prep was simple and clear, and they made it easy for us to express our preferences. And the videographers were a pleasure to have around on our wedding day, and were very flexible when our wedding ran behind schedule and we needed them to stay 30 minutes longer. Yours Truly Media was one of the view vendors that my husband and I hired based solely on online reviews and watching some of their work. When you're not working with a personal recommendation, you don't truly know what you'll end up getting. We spoke with the team and were hopeful that we would be surrounded by good people on our wedding day, which was the most important thing to us.

Luckily, everything worked out perfectly! The two videographers (Adam and Angel) there that day were such a pleasure to be around. They were there in the background silently capturing all of the important moments. They worked seamlessly with our photographers. They never made us feel silly or awkward re-shooting moments, but were super positive and comfortable to be around.

While we knew that they had captured the day, we were so anxious about finally seeing the wedding video. My husband and I worked hard to pick out the perfect songs and we were so eager to see how everything would come together. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!

We got our highlight video a little less than 4 weeks after the wedding and we have not stopped watching it since! I don't think we can stop smiling and jumping up and down with excitement each time we watch it. We immediately sent it out to our family and friends who were so impressed by how beautifully they captured each and every important moment. They really made you feel like you were back there in that moment, reliving it all again. The highlight film included all of the moments that made our day so special for us. We cried and laughed all over again!

The professionalism and talent of both the videographers and editing team at Yours Truly Media impressed us so much! We would absolutely encourage others to use them for their wedding. Our wedding was on April 5th, 2019 in Brooklyn, New York. My husband I are thrilled how our wedding video came out. First, we were hesitant to hire a videographer thinking if we really need one. While I was debating on whether we should do it or not, I found Yours Truly Media and the first thing that caught my attention was their price. Their price is so reasonable compare to others and the quality of their works were awesome that we didn't think twice about hiring them. They are well organized from the beginning to the end and professional. This review is long overdue! Working with YTM was truly one of the best, smoothest, and most enjoyable experiences throughout the planning process. The process itself is so organized and the team is very prompt with responses to any questions and makes every step clear to understand. They are not pushy about up selling their top package, but it is definitely worth it! We also did an engagement photo shoot with them and we were on a time crunch since we had a short engagement (4 months). Our photographer Joe knew I needed pictures for our website and delivered about 5 edited photos to choose from THAT NIGHT so I could launch the site and not have to delay it until  the final photos were delivered. The team of photographers and videographers the day of literally capture every moment and deliver AMAZING work! Lydia helps coordinate a schedule and shot list before the big day which is helpful since everything is so chaotic the week/day of the wedding. The team knows exactly what to do so they don't waste time or ask you what pictures/ footage you want the day of. Their work truly was worth every dime spent on them. They do not rush and deliver high quality work, but most importantly capture every single important moment. We got a preview of a video and photos sent a couple of weeks after the wedding and it was beautiful, then the final video and photos were just breathtaking!  I also took forever to chose which canvas options I wanted since it came with my package (I am embarrassed to say it took almost 3 months to send in my choices). The team had already wrapped up with me as a client and still responded promptly and kindly, which is so appreciated! I recommend YTM wholeheartedly because they truly care about their clients and are not just interested in the payday. Yours truly was truly worth every penny. We interviewed several different companies before we found Yours Truly. The biggest difference was YT made it seem like they’ve known you forever. They seemed to care about every detail.

When wedding day came, they were quiet and strategic with everything they did. Once the ceremony started, we felt like we never saw them. They were able to hide in plain sight!! Yours Truly Media is the only way to go for your wedding media needs! My husband and I were married October 4, 2018 and are so pleased with our wedding photos and video. I began my search for photographer/videographer pretty early in the wedding planning process because this was the most important vendor to me. I chose Yours Truly Media because they offered both photo and video, they threw in extras (Instagram video, raw footage), they traveled (which was important because we got married on Catalina Island and you can only get there by boat), the price was right, and most importantly they were so nice, accommodating, and very communicative about the process!! Starting from the very beginning they sent us videos about what to expect and what we need to do next. And before the big day we were in constant contact about timeline, special wants/needs, etc... Our lead photographer, Joseph, also contacted us before our wedding and we had a long conversation about us as a couple and what we envisioned for our photos. Now, our wedding day arrived and let me tell you... I was a stress ball. Destination weddings are difficult to pull off and all of the details were weighing on me. But, the photo/video process was seamless. Joseph and the Yours Truly Media team arrived early and began working their magic immediately. I felt so COMFORTABLE with them!! They were making me and my girls laugh and actually really brought me into the moment which was so special. And even though the rain began to fall, we still got the BEST photos of my husband and I with the gorgeous view of Catalina. The photos and video came back in a very timely manner. I believe about a month (they sent photo teasers which kept me happy in that 4 weeks hahaha). We cherish the photos so much and have been looking at them nonstop. We get compliments on them all the time. And the video! Let me tell you... we have watched our wedding video about 1 million times. It is so special and something we will always have to look back on. I can't recommend Yours Truly Media enough! I initially chose them because I watched every video they've posted (literally) and I loved every one. I chose the short video and I am so incredibly happy with how it turned out! I was a little nervous not knowing who my videographers and editors would be (since it's such a big company, you hire the company and don't know who will be your shooters until the day of) but it turned out amazing. They were extremely responsive to my communication prior to the wedding, very organized, and on time the day of. I was able to send them examples of videos I liked and they followed all of my requests that I wanted included (like music, what I wanted included in my short video, certain shots, etc.). Our 5 minute video perfectly captured the feel of the day, from start to finish. And we got our video 2 or 3 weeks after the wedding, which was impressive. It took us the longest time to hire a wedding videographer among all of our wedding vendors. After sampling from many different companies, we decided to take a chance with Yours Truly Media. We must say that, that decision is truly the best decision we made for our wedding.The team is simply amazing. We received outstanding service from our initial conversations, and throughout the wedding planning process they answered our questions patiently and professionally. Not only did they arrive on time on the day of the wedding, they also finished taking the drone shot prior to our contracted time began despite it being their first time working at the venue - they must have arrived way earlier to scout around. In less than a month, we received our highlight video. Due to a miscommunication and misunderstanding, we weren't entirely satisfied with our video, so we raised our concerns to the operation manager Joe. He patiently listened to our feedback and went the extra mile to work with us and redo the video to our liking. The revised video went above and beyond our expectations. We have watched the video over a hundred times and still feel very touched every time we watch it. A few of our friends even cried after watching it.My wife and I feel very fortunate to have hired such company that truly cares about their customers. Yours Truly Media blew us away! From our phone consultations to the day of our wedding they were thorough and helped us to capture everything perfectly. The crew was beyond professional and made us feel so comfortable as they followed us around all day! We are obsessed with our feature film and love seeing all of the details of our ceremony and reception that we missed on that day. Yours Truly was great to work with before the wedding and on the day of the wedding. I love that they had 2 videographers to capture every special moment. When I got my video, I was not 100% satisfied with a few parts of it, so I reached out and they took the time to edit the video. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! We used Yours Truly Media for both photo and video - what a great choice! Professional, FUN and great work! We did our engagement photos with our photographer, Joseph, which allowed us to get to know one another! We also had a long phone conversation with our photographer before to make sure he knew what style photos we wanted. Knowing your photographer on your wedding day makes everything more comfortable and smooth! The wedding day goes so fast and nothing brings back all those "feels" like getting an amazing video and gorgeous pictures back that capture moments of you and so much you didn't even get to see on the day of!
