Recently I was at an event catered by Your Special Moments Catering. Chef Robert and his team did an incredible job at making sure the event ran smoothly. The food was incredible, I especially enjoyed the (I believe it was Salmon) on tostito crackers. The level of creativity and inventiveness was certainly present, and I believe it sets Robert and "Your Special Moments Catering" apart.
