We have recently bought a house via Your Move, in Devon.
We found the house on the web and contacted them. They were very helpful and first escorted daughter to see house, who sent us more pictures, then took us round when we visited Devon from Norfolk.
They were very helpful finding out details of the lease for us.

We appointed Mr Lewis Watts the Branch Manager of the Exeter your move office following recommendations.
We simply can't say enough good things about the service we have received from Mr Watts and his staff, the quickness of the service from him coming to see us to talk us through all the options to our property being marketed by them was truly impressive, and if that couldn’t be bettered we had 12 viewings in the first four days, two offers for our asking price on the fifth day and we accepted one of the offers on the sixth day, so to sale our house inside a week was beyond our dreams.
If you have a property to sale in the Exeter Area give Mr Watts and his staff a call and from our experience you won’t regret it.

Today I picked up the keys to my new house!
I chose to sell my house through Your Move due to a recommendation from a friend.
It was by pure coincidence that they were also marketing a property that I wanted to buy.
I can say that from my point of view as both a buyer and seller, that their service is second to none!
The team looked after me from start to finish. I had offers on my old house within a week, and I found the whole process of both buying and selling to be straightforward and fast. I feel this was mainly due to the open communication from Leah, who constantly kept me updated so I knew exactly what was going on at every stage of the process.
I shall be dropping off a thank you card and some chocolates to your office when I'm settled.

They also arranged for us to speak to their financial adviser, George, to give us a free financial review. We found George to be knowledgeable and friendly. His advice was not only relevant to our particular circumstances, but also gave us peace of mind.

Having had no idea how to buy our first house, my partner and I were at somewhat of a loss. Yet, after talking to Andrew Sellers who explained how various mortgages work and didn't pressure us at all we left feeling enlightened and understood a little more of the world we were stepping in to!
Andrew and the team were always there to talk to, helped us and answered any of the questions that we had, no matter how silly or small they were.
Sophie was always on time to show us around property and did her best to fit us in whenever she was able to.
Karen was an absolute gem. Always there to ask questions too and able to keep us calm and collected in a somewhat stressful exchange!
Would highly recommend this team to anyone.
