I chose three estate agents to value my house. Out of the three Andrea from Your move, Loughborough, was head and shoulders above the rest. She gave a realistic valuation and actually bothered to sit down and talk to me about what views I had. They kept me informed how my house was doing on the market and chased up the solicitors as and when needed also helped me understand the jargon used in house selling. Nothing was too much trouble and I could contact them about anything. My house was sold for the price I wanted, more than the other two valued it for, and that was down to the sales team. When we walked into the Your Move office in Whitton we felt at ease as the staff were welcoming and friendly. Used the Tunstall office to buy my house and the staff where amazing so used them to sell it and tbh they were even better! Ian, Christine and Beatrice are so helpful it made my sale easy. I had issues with a chain of solicitors and called Ian to help to chase. He was totally understanding and really went beyond what I think His real role is in the sale process. If it wasn’t for Ian I am sure the solicitors would have added weeks to the sale. Ian, Christine and Beatrice are friendly and really go the extra mile. I am a Landlord in Darlington and have used the services of Your Move in Darlington for over a year now. The service has been fantastic from a landlords point of view, I have four properties with your move which I used to manage myself but it is so much easier using a good agent, our Tenants also like dealing with them, I have more properties in my portfolio and will certainly be adding them to Your Move as and when they become vacant. I have been involved with Your Move Hastings on behalf of my daughter and her husband who live out of the country. A new tenant had to be found for the property and once again Your Move Hastings came up trumps. At the same time they were dealing with their second property as a ' Take on ' from another agent. Their professional approach and attention to detail have made this a smooth process for us as our daughter's representatives. A huge thank you must go to Dason the Lettings Manager who has constantly kept us informed and what appeared to be difficult issues to us were expertly handled.
