Excellent! Fixed my printers (wifi and LAN connected). Sorted backup from all my PCs to a USB drive attached to the router in the loft. Managed to recover my wife's user and password so she could dispense with her finger print logon. Left us feeling relaxed that all these gripes were fixed and all for a VERY reasonable price. We had an issue with an unstable network and server in our office.After getting several quotes for someone to come out and look, Mark was the cheapest. He turned up, acted professionally, and diagnosed the problem straight away.Mark advised we needed to replace our network switch, and quoted us a decent price for a replacement!All in all, brilliant professional service at the right price!Cheers Mark!
