Your GP Circle has been a real revelation. I can’t thank the doctors there enough (they really are kind and put you at your ease). They do telephone consultations, video consultations and face to face consultations. I booked in which is really easy as my dad had used their services and also was very impressed. I came to them for a query as to whether I had a chest infection. I had a Saturday consultation but the receptionist told the doctor I didn’t sound very well at all & I’ve never heard of a doctor going out of his way to ring me on a Friday night as he wanted me to get better quickly. He took all my details, I gave him a summary of all my medication and he couldn’t have been more patient with me. He then issued me with a prescription that night & my dad had the antibiotics by the Saturday morning. So helpful, so professional, so caring & charges were extremely reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again . I genuinely felt I could take my time talking to them, it’s so hard to get into GP surgeries these days & now I have a place where I can be seen quickly. I had my first consultation with lovely Dr Neha this morning. I booked the appointment online yesterday, the process was simple, easy to follow and had plenty of areas for me to explain my need for an appointment, a booking confirmation arrived shortly after and a text reminder later. My consultation was excellent, Dr Neha had read my comments beforehand and took plenty of time to listen to my concerns, examine me and offer me some much needed reassurance. She gave me so much time, explaining everything clearly, took measurements and photos for me to keep a record and is offering an email follow up in four weeks time. I booked my appointment as I've previously had facial skin cancer requiring surgery and I've recently noticed two tiny spots on my face that have not gone away for a couple of months. Having tried and failed to book an appointment at my local GP surgery until at least December, I was glad that Your GP Circle offered me an alternative option to set my mind at rest. After a weekend of feeling very poorly, and being unable to get an appointment on Monday at my GP practice, I called Your GPCircle and I am so very glad I did. From making an appointment (so very easy) and seeing Dr Rahul on Monday evening, I would recommend anybody to try this service. Dr Rahul was most considerate, professional and thorough. A prescription on the way home and within 24 hours I had a marked improvement. Dr Rahul sent a follow up email checking up on progress, which was unexpected and very welcome. I could not thank Dr Rahul and Neha enough. After numerous visits and stays in hospital with my 3 year old for various asthma/viral induced wheeze attacks, when I came to go circle the two doctors had given me an instant referral to see a specialist at Birmingham children’s hospital where I managed to get to the bottom of a way to manage his condition at home. This was something that sadly my own gp was unable to do. Since the referral, we have had a few episodes but manageable at home and the two have always been at the end of the phone for any additional support and advice. I cannot put in words how much they have done for us, nor thank them enough and feel that they could have potentially save my child’s life after the severity of his attacks. They have spent time with me to make me understand his condition rather than prescribing medication like inhalers/antibiotics/steroids which I think is more important. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff use full PPE. All visitors to the clinic require to wear face coverings. We follow social distancing and hand hygiene rules. Our GPs have regular Covid tests. Pre-booked appointments only, who have undergone screening for Covid symptoms, before they can attend the clinic.
