You have one chance to make a good first impression
The home page must look good to your target market, have calls to action
and work on mobiles - as that is how most new leads will come from
There is a science behind this google analytics it must be used to measure how effective your site is
we have many e-commerce clients and the web is their business
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Tell us in 50 words who you are what you would like to sell
Give us at least 3 landscape photos
Give us 2 reference sites of competitors
If possible a copy of your business card and logo - plus notes on how happy you are with these
more photos and links to site that you like that aren't competitors

What do you love most about your job?
We have been helping businesses get on the web since 1999, before that we were called WebWizards. We have registered domains and hosted websites that are older than most of our staff members.

What inspired you to start your own business?
In the mid 90's we were one of the first web design companies is Sheffield. My partner had the PHd - he was the rocket scientist (true story) and I was an accountant doing an MBA. It was a great time to take our skills forward in a new fast moving industry, its not work if you enjoy it and working in a team at the top of their games is as good as it gets. Making a difference.
Why should our clients choose you?
Ask our clients - you are welcome to call any of them. We do not ask for any payment upfront. we will invoice at the end of a small job or in agreed stages when the work is done and you are happy.
We are not expensive because we work smart and know what we are doing. We are in it for the long haul, and as a testament, we are working with many of the sons and daughters for our first clients.

We are essentially cloud based and like many companies work for home and the office as do our clients
We have clients that have sites in the USA and the UK.
Others might live or work from the Netherlands, Poland, Thialand, Vietnam and India
While most clients and based in South & West Yorkshire and North Derbys & North Notts we have clients in Scotland, Bristol and London and the South East
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are all currently working from home. Even our site are socially distant, with ecommerce site on their own virtually private servers (VPSs)
