We first made contact with Jack and Your Brand Reach via a social media request for help to build a new website for our business. Having been badly let down by a previous company after paying a hefty deposit, Jack stepped up to offer us a lifeline.Firstly, Jack has had the unenviable task of trying to get our massively flawed email system to work properly, and after spending several days systematically taking it apart, troubleshooting, and putting it back together, we now have a streamlined system that now works correctly.With a "Straight to the point" attitude which we love, we Have now asked Jack and his team to design and build us a sparkly new website, of which work has started on it already - Cant wait to see the results . . . My new website has just been completed by Jack at Your Brand Reach and I am delighted with the outcome.After spending lots of time doing my own site using one of the standard Web providers, I just wasn't getting the google hits that I needed, found the navigation was not great and the overall finish didn't have the look I wanted. As a creative person myself, it was a big decision for me to let someone else take over the design process, but I am glad that I took the risk.My new site looks so professional and is laid out in such an easy way. I'm a fashion designer and dress maker and Jack's expertise and thorough research has meant that he has designed the website in such a way that will direct customers to the most profitable areas of my business. The process of building it was very straightforward. I was able to send him lots of images and trust that he would edit my selection and put the most impactful ones in the right place.Like me, he seems to be up all night working, so that's made it extremely easy to keep in touch and get quick answers. He's very easy to get along with, amenable and funny, and he won't mince his words so you know exactly what is going on and what he thinks is the best course of action.
