I’ve been going to You Massage for years now. I’ve had massages elsewhere but I only feel like I’ve received a decent massage at You Massage. The therapists are fully qualified and have experience so they know what they are doing. I once booked an appointment at the last minute when I was been bent over in pain with my back. When I left I was standing up straight again. You can book online and they are open late and at weekends so appointments can fit around you. Really fab Indian head and back massage from Viktoria. Lovely holistic approach to massage rather than just clinical, and I was sent away with a little sample pot of my oils which was nice. I loved my experience in you massage , will definitely be returning in the future. They take their time with every part of the consultation and massage , whilst explaining why they do what they do and how better your body in the future. However you can also just go for a quiet session if you don’t feel like talking for example.

I went to you massage on the recommendation of a friend to see if they could sort my lower back pain! My appointment was with Tim who managed to fit me in with only 24hrs notice, the guys massively knowledgeable and after my first session I noticed a 80% change in pain and ability to carry out tasks previously I could not! I've been coming here for Pilates with Cat since August of last year, and I have also been for several Deep Tissue Massages. I have to say both Pilates here and Massage is absolutely fantastic - friendly staff, relaxing environment and reasonable prices! The Pilates classes suit all abilities, Cat is a brilliant instructor, I've noticed a real improvement in my posture, strength and the pain I was in has subsided completely. Deep tissue massages have always been excellent here also, I get bad tension in my upper back, shoulders and neck and I always leave feeling so much better and pain-free after a massage - I cannot recommend both Pilates and massages here enough! Hi , I had my first treatment this week a full body deep tissue massage .... I suffer with Plantar Fasciitis & since April I’ve had a really bad flare up . .. Only two days after my treatment on 26/06:18 & I can honestly tell you that the agonising pain I’ve been experiencing daily in my right heel has completely reduced by 99% .

The best Massage Therapy place in Southampton area I been to. Had my 45 minutes Indian head massage with Velichka which was very relaxing & comfortable. Velichka was very professional and exactly massage the way I wanted. Very happy with her service. The place is very nice and clean and cosy. Also I loved the initial Consultation which is very helpful to get started.

I recently had a fantastic pregnancy massage with Kirsty and I can’t recommend the experience enough! Beforehand, I had chronic back pain. It was so intense that it started to impact my everyday life. Afterwards, I felt like a new woman! Kirsty was recommended to me by 2 pregnant friends. I am glad they did as I wouldn’t have stumbled across her and You Massage, as it is tucked out of the way in Bedford Place.
Kirsty made me feel at ease straight away, she is very professional and tailored the experience to my needs. Came to You Massage with a back and right shoulder complaint, and have to say I am delighted that I did. I had been to chiropractors so many times with no real improvement so thought I'd give massage a try instead. On arrival I was greated by a lovely lady who made me feel welcome and offered me a glass of water. The therapist , Will understood my problem in the consultation and went straight to work with a remedial/sports massage. This wasn't a relaxing massage, in fact it was painful at times, but it felt far more effective in one hour than all the months and years of chiropractic adjustments combined. The schedule offered wasn't about seeing me as much as possible to make money (unlike the chiropractors!) but about how I was progressing and what I needed.
