Ben is a really good coach. I have been working with him for over 2 years now and when I started I really had no idea what I was doing, all I knew was I didn't feel good about myself and I want to make a positive change in my health. I have definitely had my ups and downs but together we have been able to tackle it and come up with a solid plan. My whole approach to fitness and training has completely changed, I have a whole new perspective and focus and have achieved many things I never thought possible. Ben has a huge amount of knowledge and it has been great to work with him. I fully trust Ben and he adapts his style to suit me which I think is really important in a training coach. During your initial consultation we will look to define your goals for working with us. We look into each goal and decide why they are important to you and discuss what it will take to achieve those goals. We talk about how you will feel achieving those goals and then we set out a detailed nutrition and fitness programme to ensure your success!

It may seem boring but its true, it works, eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, meat and fish, manage carbohydrates (rice/potatoes/pasta/bread etc) as these are easy to over eat if you are not careful. Try to eat as many whole foods as possible and reduce intake of pre-packaged fast foods and fizzy drinks. Then have a structured and fun approach to exercise that includes as many things that you enjoy and then keep doing it over the long run!

Working with lots of different types of people and seeing them meet and exceed their goals. I love helping people change their perspectives of what is possible and taking back control of their lives, their health and their happiness.

I wanted to do something that made a difference to real people. Having experienced the positives in my own life from taking back control of my nutrition habits and prioritising my own health and fitness I wanted to share this amazing experience with others. As a trainer and coach I get to work with lots of different types of people and really make a difference in their lives.

I am passionate about what I do. I love getting to know people and working out unique ways to help people achieve their goals. I constantly strive to learn more and improve myself as a coach and trainer learning from the best in the business. I spend a lot of time and money every year to make sure I can give the absolute cutting edge support to my clients. I really care about you and your goals!
