The L A Jazz Band is owned by Alan Cobbett who is also the leader and trumpet player of the L A Jazz Band and lead trumpet M D of the Syd Allen Swing Band. We provide Live music to a large variety of clients in the UK we particularly specialise in Jazz and Swing.

You played at my 80th Birthday Party in Sheffield on August 5th 2017. Everyone who attended said what a super band you were. Not only did you play traditional jazz which is my particular favourite but you played swing and pop, something for everyone. Everyone that could, danced from the very young to the very old. I cannot compliment you enough. You were also extremely obliging and framed your sessions to suit what was needed. More...
