What inspired you to start your own business?

A full design and planning service. Experts in homeowner extensions and remodelling.
We submit for you and look after the process. Resubmit if there is an issue, no cost.
Planners love our 3D views to understand what is being proposed. These are great for neighbours so they do not object to your application.
Design Advice
Remodelling the space you have after the extensions is key, we create the options for you to know which is right for you and your family. Options are fun and great. We record videos explaining your options. You can share with family and friends or watch over and over.

Building regulation Service
We produce the building control drawings to keep you and your builder compliant. Get that all-important certificate and keep your family safe and sound.
Also included is the light positions, sockets, switches, furniture layouts.
Construction Drawings

We organise an engineer and co ordinate everything.
Site Visits
We can visit sites to review things. This service is popular with some and not required by others.
