Trace is great to work with. He learns about you and your body to tailor the workout to fit your goals. He is a great all around person to guide you through whatever you are wanting to work through.

Trace has been my personal trainer for almost three years he has consistently helped me set goals, has motivated me to achieve them and then progress to new ones.

I particularly have enjoyed how Trace continually varies the exercises we do and the equipment we use. His knowledge and his work ethic combine to make workouts fun, even when challenging.

I love the workouts. I started working out with Trace about 2 months ago. I like that he customizes the workouts to your needs and he's very reasonable in price. If you get a chance check him out.

The right personal trainer is much more than just someone who puts you through workouts a few days a week. My job is to help you be accountable for your actions both inside and outside of the gym, and guide you along a path to success. I've helped a wide range of people, from professional athletes and music stars, to everyday people who need a little help. Everyone, myself included, needs help with something, and seeking out the help of a professional is far less costly with more immediate results.

My promise is to always be patient, to push you to reasonable limits and give you the education necessary to continue your progress, all while being encouraging and keeping you safe.

If there ever was a "secret," everyone would know it by now. By just reading this, you're already on the right path because I know you're at least considering a trainer, which is huge step in the right direction. A professional personal trainer will help you remove the question of "what should I do first?" and allows someone to help you be accountable for your actions.

The best part of being a personal trainer is unquestionably the clients I've been able to work with. I've worked with a wide-range of people throughout the country, from professional athletes in golf, baseball and football, to country music music stars, and to moms and dads looking to lose weight, build muscle and rehabilitate injuries.

Each client has made me a better trainer, and I'm fortunate to call many of them friends as our relationships has evolved from working together.

Throughout my life, I've been active and interested in all things fitness. When I began studying Kinesiology (study of human movement), it not only helped me be more efficient in my workouts, but I'm now also able to pass that education on to my clients through the most efficient and effective workouts. Starting Yoked Fit was the natural progression for me to be able to deliver the best results at the lowest cost to my clients.

Personal training is about far more than just weight loss and muscle gain. With my experience, it's the mental and emotional results of weight lost and muscle gained that make personal training worth every penny. With me as your trainer, you'll have the confidence knowing that those results will come over time, and I will work with you to make the most out of each and every session. With accountability and patience, the results will certainly come, which makes it all worth it.

Additionally, it's how quickly those results come and being able to maintain them without me. The education you'll get with me will last you the rest of your life, and I've even had clients' friends asking them for advice!
