I have been teaching online since the start of the pandemic and will continue to offer my services both online and in person when allowed.
Private yoga classes, group classes, mindfulness and meditation sessions.
I am a highly experienced yoga teacher who loves teaching yoga to students of all levels. Having trained in many styles (Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Iyengar) i am able to adapt exactly according to your needs and wishes. I have also trained as an energy healer and meditation teacher and frequently offer guidance and support to both individuals and groups.
Areas that these practices can help with are weight loss, increased flexibility and strength, pain relief, depression and anxiety.
