Yogi and Associates

Horrible customer service and unprofessional stuff. Stuff is not paying attention to details and reply in rude way. Was waiting 3 weeks for reply from them, and when I had concerns, Yogi answer me " Talk faster as I have other clients" and " You can Google it". For 90$ that I need to pay, I DO NOT NEED TO GOOGLE IT. He made 2 mistakes in my tax form. After I sent him message that I will not tolerate this type of attitude, he called me AFTER 10 PM to tell that he was not rude but busy. SERIOUSLY? First reception told me to call him in 30 min, even I asked receptionist just to send Yogi request to call me when he will be free. She rejected. She told- just call him. And then she connect me with him to hear his rude reply? No, thank you. Will never use this agency anymore and will not recommend to noone! More...
